These conjugates were characterized. It was shown that conjugates were characterized. It was shown that conjugation with Abs reduce drug anti-tumour activity. At the same time we have determined that action of mAb IPO-4 was sinergistic with cisplatin. High anti-tumour activity of cisplatin combined with mAbs IPO-4 was demonstrated. Based on these data a new method of t erapy for patients with oral and larynx carcinomas was suggested.
