Mission of investigation: finding of molecular- genetic markers, carriers of which are most adopted for different abiotic and biotic factors of stress, studies of genetic structure of red step and holstain cattle breed, horses, sheep, and some spices of wild animals. Methods: Analysis of genetically determinated proteins, amplified fragments of DNA, restricted fragments of DNA, cytogenetic analysis. Obtained data show likelihood of reply on biotic (resistance for BVL in red steppe cattle) and abiotic (holshtin's reproduce " success in zone of increased radionuclid pollution) factors of stress. Characteristics of genetically structure of groups of animals of local cattle breeds were studied. Its similarity and differences were evaluated. Comparative analysis of intrabreed genetic differentiation in cattle, which reproduced under different stress conditions, and local cattle breeds was performed with using of range of molecul ar-genetic markers, and inerlocs associations between different markers, for revealing genes and its associations related with increased resistance to negative environmental conditions. Genetic differentiation of groups of holstein from relative "clean" zones and zone of increased radionuclid pollution in leptin's gene was investigated with using of PCR. Relations between genofunds of new Zakarpatskaya sheep breed and its parental breeds (Altayskaya, Prekos Zakarpatsky, Askaniyskaya) were investigated. Molecular- genetic markers, which were most similar for the new breed and its parental breeds, were found. This markers can be used for control of genetic stability of the new breed and breeding for multiplicity berth. Characteristics of heterozygosity level of populations and individual animals of wild species, which reproduce in Biosphere reserve "Askaniya-Nova" were received. It allow to evaluate their level of inbreeding and propose variants of crosses for its genetic diversity support. Area of implementat ion: animal genetic and breeding.
