The phase composition of modificated coatings, its microstructure, the elements distribution in modificated silicon coatings, the oxidizing kinetics of silicon coatings on V and Nb were investigated. The type derivation graphs of silicon coatings oxidition were built. The influence of the chemical - heat treatment in liquid alcaline metals on V and BЦУ - alloy with silicon coatings mechanical properties was investigated. The optimum composition of electrode alloys for electric - spark treatment was designed. The diffusive silicon coating model, composition, structure and heat resistance of complex coatings were shown. The method and equipment for the steel hardening in magnetic field were designed, which inсrease steel hardness and accordingly wear resistance of tools made from it.
