Object of the research - kinds of accumulation of harmful substances and accumulative joint action of harmful substances and dangerous factors. The purpose of work is development of the block diagrams of means of integrated estimation of the harmful factors. Method of research - theoretical, including comparison, generalization, analysis and synthesis. The analysis of kinds of accumulation of harmful substances is given, molecular mechanisms of accumulation, qualitative and quantitative characteristics are considered. Questions of bioaccumulation of substances and their distribution in a feeding chain are submitted. The methodical approaches to estimation of joint action of harmful substances and dangerous factors, mathematical modeling of organism reactions on the repeating influence of the harmful factors are determined. The block diagrams of means of integrated estimation of the harmful factors of industrial environment are developed. Modeling reaction of biological objects on influence of the harmful factors is spent. Element base for realization of an experimental sample of the device of the control is chosen. The basic circuit, mathematical grounds and software of the device of integrated estimation of infra-red radiation is developed. An experimental sample of the device is made, debugging the software is carried out. Experimental installation for realization of tests is made.
