It was shown correlation between micro- and macrostructure, molecular weight characteristics of OSAS and their micelle-forming ability and colloidal-chemical characteristics. The processes of latex polymerization at the presence of such OSAS were investigated. Localization of initiation centers in mcelles and on the colloidal particle surface as well as sterical and electical control of participation initiation processee give the possibility to control properties of polymers obtainedas a result of polymerization initiation by such polyreactive substances. That allows not only to control in the wide range colloidal-chemical and rheological properties of the systems obtained with OSAS participation but also to provide their agg regative and sedimentation stability as a result of creation of electrostatical and sterical barrier.
