The purpose of work - to develop theoretically-metodological bases of study values of a complex and to define (determine) the tendencies of formation values of orientations of the population in relation to physical culture and sprts in new conditions. The received results both novelty: a theoretically-methodological and empirical substantiation meaning (importance) of physical culture and sports values in activization of physical culture and sports activity of the population in new conditions. Degree of intriduction: the practical recommendations can be used during preparation of the experts on sports management, creation of monitoring of the tendencies of changes of physical culture and sports values. Branch (area) of use: educational process of higher educational institutions on physical ed ucation and sports, spheres of physical cultyre and sports activity. The report contains a scientific subctantiation of the basic directions of marketing activity, which are expedient for using to physical culture and sports organixations of Ukraine in the period transitions to the market.
