Jn the basic of complex study data, to propose exemplary recommendation of scientific-methodical character for further improvement of technico-tactical cations during preparation of high-performance female skiers within annual macrocycle. During realization of research tasks dealing with the subject in 1998, the following methods were used: analytical review of special literature sources, training plans and reports of top female skiers, questionnaire, pedagogical observation, tremometry, chronometry, pulsimetry (by means of sensors and "Roba" pulsimeters), basal (axcillary) body temperature measurents, determination of charasteristic indices for nose-mucus crystallization (fern phenomenon), methods of mathematic and statistics analisys. Obtainedresults: research data used for preparation of female athletes, members of Ukrainian national teams, for competitions in biathlon, cross-country skiing and mountain-skiing at the championship and Cups of Ukraine, Europe and World.
