The practical recommendations for construction of year big cycle with concentration of training loads and wavy by their alternation between disciplines of treath lon, taking into account individual features of a structure of competitive activity of several contesteres. The introduction of results scientistic-research work in practice will allow to improve process of preparation qualified treathloneres.
