Research techniques: Heart rating with the help of Sports - tester "Polar", definition of concentration of Sodium lactatum in a blood (on Shtrom), automatic gas analyser "Erep" off (Germany), pedagogical tests. The obtained outcomes: the influence of application on loads with a various duty on development of mobility of function systems, its (her) stability and special endurance of runners is defined; the effective resources of development of mobility and stability, and also technique of execution of these resources are defined. A degree of implantation: the outcomes of research are recommeded for usage in practice. Area of application: the system of aging of runners.
