Participants: 60 healthy people (20-74 years old), 60 elderly patients with IHD, 40 elderly patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis. Methods: Holter monitoring of ECG and arterial pressure, rheography, spectral analysis of the heart rate variability.Results: with aging and, especially, with IHD patients we observe poor efficiency of the regulation of cardiorespiratory system. Age distortions of daily rhythms of the autonomic tone are more distinctive with cardiovascular (IHD) and respiratory systems (COB) pathology. They play the important pathogenetic role in the myocardial ischemia occurrence with the IHD patients and infringements of bronchial permeability with the COB patients.Novelty: the evaluation method of biorhythms distortion of cardiorespiratory system is developed.Field of application: Medicine.
