It was found the high frequency of DUD association with HP in mature age, which decreased in elderly and senile age. The clinical manifestations of DUD in patients of elderly and senile age characterized with the prevalence of dyspeptic syndrome over pain. The morphological changes of gastroduodenal mucosa in DUD in the patients of elderly and senile age characterized with the prevalence of atrophy and bowel metaplasy over inflammatory changes, combine with low level of HP infection and with decreasing of stomach acid-productive function. The obtained results have important significance for improvement of diagnostic and treatment of pati ents with DUD of elderly and senile age.
