The purpose of this research is to analyze valuables and the structure of motives of agricultural workers. They were used methods of sociological research such as observation, interrogation, the analysis of documents and others. As a result was fixed the group of dominant factors of work's motivation where economic motives, the character of work, self-realization of workers are prevailing.
