Objects of study: prognosing pathology formation of male sex system in puberty and effectiveness of treating said pathology. Methods of study: common clinical, radioimmunologic, biochemical, immunofermental, genetic (clinico-genealogical, cytogenetic, immunogenetic, and dermatoglyphic). Theoretical and practical results: it has been established that SDD in juveniles is a hereditary burdened disease with polygenic type of inheritance. Recurrent risk of SDD occurrence for families has been appreciated, and existence of associative links between HLA-system antigens and the disease has been determined. Decrease in absolute and relative dimensions of C-heterochromatinic regions in 1, 9 and 16 chromosomes as well as in total C-segment in juveniles with SDD has been revealed. Informative and pro gnostically significant dermatoglyphic signs in SDD and cryptorchidism have been distinguished. Algorithm for prognosing formation of sexual development disorders for pointing out persons of high risk for such diseases has been worked out. Prognostic tables for monitoring treatment effectiveness in patients with SDD have been developed. Novelty of the study lies in singling out genetic markers (immunogenetic, dermatoglyphic) of liability to SDD formation in juveniles and in revealing certain decrease in absolute and relative dimensions of C-heterochromatinic regions of 1, 9 and 16 chromosomes. Prognosis of SDD development in juveniles and effectiveness of its treatment has been worked out. Effectiveness of the proposal: efficiency of prognosing SDD formation with appropriate treatment amounts to 81.1-88.0%. Fields of application -endocrinology, pediatrics and genetics.
