The aims of investigation: physico-chemical study of the basic spectral and equilibrium characteristics of associates; the influence of surfactans and organic components on the properties of associates; the development of principles of new methods of quantitative determination of surfactants and other chemical toxicants in aqueous solutions. The processes of association between some organic colour cations and counter-ions has been investigated in aqueous solutions; the role of structural and hydrophobic factors, charge of chromophores had been elucidated.
