Karazin popup.description2 The objects of investigations: thin films with a light-sensivity in real time; with a superionic conductivity; nanodimensional granular metallic films. The aim of the work — the research of the nonlinear optical effects in the light-sensitive films; of the exciton spectra and the electronic energy spectrum in the films on ternary compounds on the base of halogenides of metals; the study of the resonance colloidal absorption in the granular metallic films. The methods of the investigations: vacuum preparations of samples, their irradiation by monochromatical light, spectral and diffraction measurements of the thinfilms samples, the electron microscopy. The conditions of recording of the light polarization in the visible light interval were studied by the use of the light-sensitive films; the apparatus for display of the light interference in the anisotropic crystals was worked out; an effect of the optical turbulence in the light-sensitive films was found and studied; a new method of the holographical g ratings preparation and observing of the self-diffraction effect was worced out; an effect of the symmetry breaking of laser beams was found; the absorption spectra of the solid solutions Rb3xCs3-3xCu2I3 were studied. The nature of the additional bands of absorption in granular films, deposited on the rough substates surface was set. The results of the SIW may be used for the further development of the nonlinear optics theory; for the prediction of the physics of the plasma resonance in the metallic granular films.
