Karazin popup.description2 Research objects — aluminium polycrystals, eutectic alloy Pb — 62% Sn, industrial aluminium alloy 1420. Purpose of the work — research of influence of the triple grain boundary junction forms and extensions on the local plastic deformation inhomogeneity of polycrystals, installation of features of microstructure modification, phase structure and superplastic properties eutectic alloys depending on conditions of aging and deformation. Research methods — mechanical tests in active tension and creep conditions, metallography, X-ray difractometry. Extension of triple grain boundary junction lines is determined by method of consecutive raising of layers in aluminium polycrystals. It is shown experimentally, that the plastic deformation inhomogeneity, which taking place in the triple junction areas, is determined by the junction form and the extension one in the sample. On an example of the alloy Pb — 62% Sn is shown, that it structural condition, which is capable to superplastic behaviour, is metastable o ne. It is revealed the modification crystalline lattice parameters of both alloy components, which can testify about essential resaturation of rigid solutions on basis of both components in the initial state and disintegration of these solutions in superplasticity conditions. The anomalous diffusion scattering of a X-radiation in samples of an alloy Pb — 62% Sn in the initial state is revealed. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
