Karazin popup.description2 The subject of investigations — YBaCuO single crystal containing unidirectional twin boundaries. The main goal of investigations — determination of twin boundaries structure influence on superconductive transition and dynamics of vortex lattice. Methods of investigations — analysis of electroresistive characteristic (CVC) and experimental data about magnetic susceptibility (isothermal magnetization). It has been found experimentaly anisotropy of plastic creep and guided motion of vortices along c-axis induced by twin planes. Twin boundaries affect vortex creep for angles between the magnetic field direction and twin boundaries plane ranging up to 70 grad. Isothermal global magnetic measurements reveal a jump in slope of increasing part of the virgin magnetization curves. The observed feature may by attributed to a recently proposed disorder-induced transition (or crossover) from relatively ordered vortex lattice to a highly disordered vortex solid.
