The aim of research work is analytical description of impact of dissipation of stars and substars on mass function of stars clusters, mass function formation for stars and substars, search stars clusters in solar neighborhood. Method of investigation is statistical analysis. Analytical mass function of stars and substars (as time function) in dependence from initial Jeans fragmentation was obtained. The results were compared with mass spectrum of globular and open clusters. These results generalize a space objects dissipation conception from star-substar clusters and can be used for decision problems of stellar astronomy and galaxy cosmology.
