The aim of investigation is to obtain the quantitative characteristics of the equilibriums and kinetics of protolytic processes and processes of complexes formation in heterogeneous and microheterogeneous medium as a basis of purposeful creation and choice of the optimal conditions of employment of new materials (chemically modified silicas, complex formation fibres and organized solutions). The influence of two-charge counterions to micellar properties of dodecylsulphate have been investigated. The response models of copper (II) and cadmium (II) selective electrodes in micellar medium of dodecylsulphate were obtained.
