Karazin popup.description2 The object of research is the Sun. The purpose of the work is to receive new data about solar activity, to create a modern Internet-station of solar monitoring, to find outflows from coronal holes (CH), to investigate helium chromosphere by using of spectra of solar eclipses, to study astroclimate for observational station of AO KhNU. Ha-observations of solar activity according to the programs of the International network of Sun Service were carry out. The data about 295 solar flares and 236 quick processes were obtained for 129 days. This data were sent to World Data centers and were published in "Solar-Geophysical Data". The prototype of solar monitoring Internet-station was created. The CCD images taken in the HeI 1083 nm line wings were used to estimate of outflows from coronal holes and unipolar quiet regions. Significant differences between average outflow velocity from CH and quiet regions were obtained. It is means that the solar wind from CH starts to accelerate from the middle chromosphere. W e note that average velocity of the outflows tends to increase near the solar activity maximum. The height distribution of ortohelium atoms concentration was determined from the results of two eclipse observations. The helium atoms concentration of the quiet chromosphere in the 1981 was nearby double greater than in 1972. For the first time the chromospheric D3 surface brightness distribution along the whole observed part of the solar limb is received. For the study of the function of darkening solar photosphere near by the limb the solar eclipse was observed. The turbulent activity of terrestrial atmosphere during the eclipse was explored.
