The purpose of the scientific research work is the metrological ground for multicomponent analysis. The work is performed using spectrophotometric method. A simulation on computer is performed as well. The methods of calibration, which use two-dimensional spectra (arrays of data), are compared with the object to process the absorbance dependencies on wavelength and pH of water phase in extraction and pseudo homogenous systems. Data can be represented either as one dimension arrays or using the information on two dimensionality. It is shown that when it is possible to model during calibration the composition of solutions being analyzed, one dimensional methods are the most accurate. An approach is developed for wavelength sdelection in two dimensional spectra. It is based on direct minimization of variance of calibration. Its use allows to decrease errors of analysis and significantly decrease duration of the latter. Algorithms are developed for calibration, wavelengyh selection in two dimensional spectra and calculation of concentrations. The possibility of simultaneous determination of Zn, Cd and Mn using 1 (2 pyridilazo) 2 naphtol as reagent by 2nd order spectra of light absorption yield of complex in water micellar media is investigated. A variant of determination of Zn and Cd, which is not interior to the extraction spectrophotometric one by ditizone and suitable to become a part of systematic analysis of some object, is developed. Two dimensional absorption spectra of Arsenazo III solutions have been measured, dissociation constants have been calculated.
