The purpose of the work is to develop a theory of magnetoplasma waves in two-dimensional electron gas with impurity electronic states in a magnetic field, theory of the Haas-van-Alphen effect in uniform superconductors, selfconsistent microtheory for superconducting superlattices in magnetic fields, studies of the physical properties of the paramagnets, developing theory of sound- and spin-waves in conductors with the magnetoimpurity states, development of the new methods in the theory of the spin systems. The method of studies: quantum Green's functions, new methods in the theory of the spin-systems. New methods for theoretical studies of the quantum spin--systems are proposed: a special perturbative approach developed for calculations of the tunnel splitting in the spin-systems like that in anisotropic paramagnets in magnetic field. The peculiarities of the quantum oscillations in a magnetic field in layered crystals and superlattices in an external magnetic field (the de Haas-van Alphen effect) below the upper critical field, i.e. in the vertex Abrikosov state are studied. A theory of local phono-plasmon, magnetoimpurity, spiral and quantum waves in layered conductors and superconductors is developed.
