It means that Cd atoms diffuse through the growing intermetallics layer with subsequent feaction on the Cd21Ni5-Ni boundary. The hydrostatic pressure (1 Gpa) lowered the phase growth rate the more the higer temperature. Dispertion laws of localized and quasilocalized vibrations near a free surface of fcc crystals have been obtained. It has been shown that the differences between the sizes and structure of C60 and Sn ion tracks on the mica surface are connected with the desintegration of the C60 ions on the different clusters.
