Karazin popup.description2 Objects of investigation — metals (copper, aluminium, germanium). The main aim of the present investigation is finding-out the correlation between the kinetic parameters, physic-chemical properties of solutions, surface characteristics of metals and also energetical parameters of catode processes. During this project: the chemical and anode passivation of copper in copper-ammonia solutions at various degree of surface passivation were studied. It was shown, that chemically formed precipitate of CuCl is more friable in comparison with electrochemically formed layers of CuCl and Cu2O. The influence of inter-ion and intermolecular interaction in the bulk solution onto kinetics of Al dissolving in water-organic alkaline media. The increase of ethylene glycol and glycerol contents results in the decrease of the anode current density, but does not change the mechanism of dissolving. The diagrams of corrosion for aluminium in water- organic media were calculated. The theoretical principes of electrolytical (chemical) formation of metal thin-layers structures, characterized by superconductivity properties at liquid the temperatures. The proposed "SC-PB-D" - type scheme was realized in the development of various technical devices (SC-magnetic screens, sources and reference standards of magnetic induction, input circuits of SC-magnetometers and gradientometers). The technological process for utilization of copper chloride acidic and basic wasted etching solutions introduced into industrial practice on several Kharkov plants and factories.
