The main aim of the present investigation is to study the physic-chemical properties and mechanisms of the ionization of copper, aluminium (aluminium alloys) in acidic and basic solutions, development of technological processes of regeneration utilization of wasted etching solutions. During this project composition of the basic and acidic wasted solution of copper etching was studied. The catalysis — active copper complexes and mechanisms of copper ionization were revealed. The technological process of printed plates etching with the use of sequential counter low of ammonia washing solution was developed and introduced into industrial practice. The technology of wasted etching solutions of copper oxichloride production was developed as well. The results obtained allow not only prevent pollution of the environment by highly concentrated toxic waste products, but also to convert and to return into industrial usage several costly component s of them.
