By methods of IR, UV spectroscopy, element organic analysis, complexometry, atomic absorption spectroscopy the structure and exact composition of samples are established. By gravimetric and atomic absorption methods solubility of compounds in water, ethanol, methanol, hexane, carbon tetrachloride, iso-amyl alcohol, methyl isobuthyl ketone is investigated. Stability of samples in diluted solutions and in solid state is studied. Homogeneity of samples is established, it is shown that the concentration of solutions does not change during 3 months, in solid state compounds do not change their chemical composition during 3 years. The absolute value of uncertainty of determination of mass percent of metal at 95% confidence probability is equal to 0.1%. It is shown that zinc and cadmium acetylacetonates satisfy to all the demands producing to standard reference materials. On the ground of carried out investigat ions, projects of methods of atomic absorption determination of zinc and cadmium in milk and coffee are developed.
