The purpose of work: an establishment of laws and forecast of development of the basic hydrological characteristics with distribution of polluting substances. Methods of research: the analysis of theoretic-methodological development; statistical data processing, analysis of cartographical materials; a method of geographical generalizations with use of principles of geographical analogies and geographical interpolation, methods of modeling and system analysis. Is established, that among the hydrological characteristics, which define a "external" condition of water system is the create river-bed charges. One of the main parameters of definition of a hydrological and ecological condition of the river is the stability of a channel. The analysis of the natural and antropogeneous factors ravine of erosion has allowed to give an estimation of a measure of stability up to create of revine different on natural conditions of territories, that also is a parameter of ecological intensity. The qualitative characteristic of waters develops of a natural and antropogeneous component. The natural component depends from the expanse of water and can be used for the subsequent study of distribution of polluting substances in borders of territory of pool, estimation and forecast of changes for ecologists, hydrobroad gullies and other experts.
