The purpose of the research is to study the objects of research and cultivation of methods of complex monitoring's valuation the inborn-agromeliorative system. The method of the research is field experimental observations and statistical analysis of the hydro-meteorological information. In correspondence with the plan of ccientific work for 2000 year, scientific research is accomplished in the following directions: 1. Investigated methodological basis of the valuational research of the hydro-meteorological information. 2. Conducting expedition work and characterizing of phyto-weather complexes for the time of observation. 3. Worked ont methods of regular valuation of plants which are grown in different conditions and the rate of their production in different weather conditions. 4. The analysed weather conditions at the reported period and level influence the inborn processes . The obtained results and materials of the research will be used in further scientific work and transmitted for implementation to industrial organizations.
