The purpose of research is determination of radioprotective activity of new radioprotectors created in VSMU (Vinnitsa state medical university) which are polisorb MP and obtained on the basis of complex preparations with the conditional names "Vitasel", "Gerbapol", "Natolen" in a range of small doses of ionizing radiation. Methods of research are biochemical, hematological, immunological, histological, tocsicological and statistical. The obtained results of researches testify that small doses of ionizing radiation cause essential chenges in an organism of animals. The decrease of pathological changes in an organism of animals was observed with decrease of an absorbed dose of ionizing radiation. For example, thegain of the contens of malon dialdehyde in a river, spermaries, lien and in a mucosa of a small bowel was reduced, the activity of arilesteraz of spermaries, a nd the activity of arilosteraz and of glutation-S-transferaz of a liver was decreased. The application of the complex medicinal forms of "Vitasel", "Gerbapol" and "Natolen" effectively corrects the violations of morfofunctional status, biochemical processes, immunological and gemotological parameters. "Vitasel" and "Natolen" have appeared as more effective radioprotective preparations on separate parameters.The results of conducted researches specify theexpediency of application of "Natolen" as antiradiational preparation in conditions of influence on an organism ofsmall doses of ionizing radiatons.The preparation "Natolen" is recommended for application in zones of the strengthened radioecological control after obtaining of the sanction on application by the farmacological commettee of Ukraine.
