The aim is to ground an optimal system of the pedagogical social training. The theoretical research and practical experiments were held during the term of the problem study. As a result of the research, the concept of training of students were determined, the education content and models of training were developed. For the first time in the national pedagogical system a new "modular" technique of training was worked out. The results of the study can be introduced into the academic process of training for the specialty Social Pedagogy. The efficiency of the developed technique is proved by short academic term, high level of students' knowledge and skills.
