The purpose of work is the theoretical study of the essence of aesthetic values of learning youth and the development of pedagogical technologies of their formation. Research methods are the analysis of philosophical, culturological, psychological, and pedagogical literature; the study of the leading foreign and native aesthetic concepts of the definition of essence and content of aesthetic values as a component of spiritual culture of the person; questionnaire design; systematization and generalizations of the scientific facts. During the research the essence of aesthetic values in structure of spiritual values, their certain structural components and features of formation in learning youth are found out. As a result of the research for the first time in pedagogical science the integral material on problems of spiritual values of learning youth is submitted: universal values, hierarchy of spiritual val ues, aesthetic values, art as display of spiritual values, value orientations. The model of interaction of art in formation of aesthetic values of school and student's youth is applied, technologies of usage of art and other aesthetic factors with the purpose of awakening in growing up generations the feeling of the world beauty and beauty of the man are developed. The received results can be used in learning and upbringing process in all educational institutions, and also during the raising the level of professional skills of different categories of educators.
