The rigorous electrodynamic calculation of Hmno- and Emno- modes in rectangular waveguide junction with anisotropic loading in junction region (longitudinal and transverse anisotropy) have been carried out in this work. The numerical algorithm and PC calculation program of resonant and energy characteristics have been created. Physics of resonant phenomena have been investigated.
