The purpose of investigation - the creation of the analysis methods of functional ele-ments and wide band waveguide systems of ultra high and super high frequencies bands. The basic results - by the method of uniform asymptotic diffraction theory have been decided the diffraction problem by impedance strip. The received with the help of the methods of the geometrical diffraction theory or geometrical theory decisions are auxiliary. The decision carried out analysis has shown, that the change of discontinuities physical-geometrical pa-rameters and sources of radiation permits effectively to supervise over parameters of scattered fields and, partially, over of pattern diagram. By the method of scattered spectral operators the problem of diffraction of considered set of eigenmode such as in circular waveguide with semi-infinite system of symmetric diagrams is decided. The considered problem of diffraction of - waves is the key-problem. The way of transition to the system of thin diaphragms have been shown.
