Research methods and equipment were: analysis of published results; computational simulation; wide-line NMR spectrometer and pulse NMR-spectrometer; methane sorption rate investigations in coals using sorption unit; physical simulation of mechanical properties of a rock mass using three-axis compression plant. Theoretical and experimental results have shown that most prominent alteration in the coal structure can be caused by generalized shear; methane bonding in solid solution in coal has a nature of physical sorption; pressure effect on coals grade D induces increase in relaxation times and monolayer capacity; moistening of coal with surfagent solution decreases the closed porosity and simultaneously increases the opened porosity of coal. Both theoretical and experimental results have high priority. Pro spects for implementation are in more valid estimation of methane resources and providing higher methane extraction from coal seams. Sphere of implementation includes development of a method for methane extraction from coal seams. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
