For achievement of an object in view it is necessary to elaborate empiric-idealized model of process of combustion, functional diagram, scheme electrical principled both conforming algorithmic and programmatic maintenance of a management system. The input datas for design complete are the previously conducted experimental researches of activity of boiler firms “Vinnitsateplocomunenergo”. The idea, which one is trusted to in the basis of the project - usage of a measuring transducer О2 for reduction losses from chemical incompletness of combustion. The chemical incompletness of combustion is characterized by occurrence in flue gass СО, Н2, СН4. This loss under unfavorable conditions can be rather considerable - up to 8 % and more. The chemical incompletness of combustion arises through poor air delivery in a furnace. The electric drives and gas analyser resolve completely to automize process of the control behind quantity О2 and essentially to reduce these losses. Besides the driving down of engines at regulation by the electric drive, results in essential reduction(decreasing) of power consumptions (till 50-60 of %).
