According to ergodynamic approach of the basic parameters, which characterize a structural condition of a material and its hereditary properties, are initial density of the latent energy of a material before its cyclic loading, factor of non-uniformity of distribution of this energy on volume of a material and factor extra stresses of internuclear communications. As the structure of real materials is rather difficult and is non-uniform, the theoretical estimation of the specified parameters while is impossible. The equations for account of these parameters by results of standard tests for a stretching and available data on the thermodynamic characteristics of materials therefore are offered. Also is established, that the local temperatures in zones of accumulation of damages depend on size of border of fluidity and peak meanings of pressure of a symmetric cycle. Is establish ed, that the energy of activation is by linear function of local temperatures, and its meaning at room temperatures is equal to energy of activation formation of vacancies. The received results have allowed to offer methods of forecasting of the characteristics of durability at symmetric and asymmetric loading.
