For the first time through quantitative methods there are determined the platinum minerals and there are counted their stoichiometric formulas. There are theoretically justified the conditions of magmatic forming of silicate-carbonate rocks and ultrabazites which source is the peredotite magma, and there is proposed the model of chromites of late-magmatic forming. There are established the features of migration of precious metals in barks of an airing.
