Just these methods of deriving of an internal anatomic structure and the informations about functioning of a human body in-vivo have acquired recently of greatest distribution in clinical practice, had fast development and process of constant increase of requests both to quality of a received information, and to a level of negative influence for an organism. Improvement of methods medical introscopy, increase of diagnostic selfdescriptiveness of a renovated information is offered not in directions of increase of technical parameters of basic elements, and by development of new techniques, search of physical solutions, which allow to receive same inforation by smaller gains or with the first-rate quality. In work is developed and tested methods superresolution, algorithms of r econstruction in variable magnetic fields, the algorithms of CT reconstruction are advanced. The techniques of deriving of an additional diagnostic information by the correlation analysis, polychromatic reconstruction and data processing with the help of artificial neuron net are represented as solutions of increase of diagnostic efficiency of methods radiophysical introscopy.
