The creation of moulding sand which is used for production of high quality of steel casting wich using of large wastes of paper, sugar and power industry of Ukraine is the main aim of the investigation. The wastes unclude sulphidic liguar, malasses, ablations of leach HPP. Method of investigation. Original procedure, wich is used for determination of hot-strength of moulting sand under the different temperatures has been developed, standart procedures are used for determination of propeties of moulding sand, differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy. The moulding sand, wich has high hot-strenght under the temperature of metal, wich is cast (in the mould), has been worked out as a result of investigations. High hot-strength is provided at the cource of the ceramization, wich (occurs) in the moulding sand at the expense of heat of metal, wich is cast. The ceramization of moulding sand occurs und er the introduction in its composition of ceramizationic impurity. The sulphidic liquor is used as binding agent in these mixtures, and the ablations of leach HPP - as a ceramization impurity. The using of developed moulting sand is allow, on the one hand, to reclaim large wastes of industry, wich is thrown out in the disposal area on the one hand, and to produce of high quality of steel casting with using lower price (more cheap) of moulding sand, on the other hand.
