The theoretical basis of its(her) increase is developed. For it, it is necessary to raise contents Na2O in liquid glass with the purpose of indemnification of his(its) expenses on formation(training) water-aluminum-silicate natrium. Contents Na2O should be such, that the module of a liquid glass was equalled 1,5. It raises binding properties of a liquid glass, that causes an opportunity of introduction in a mix of a lot of clay, than essentially work of removal (distance) them from having cast. is improved. For the first time developed alkali-silicate binding of a mix, in which binding is synthesized directly in the foundry form or core with their heating owing to interaction Na2O with SiO2АМ. SiO2АМ is by a withdrawal(waste) by manufacture of crystal silicon, therefore his(its) use from the economic and hygienic points of view wholly expedient . The durability of mixes with alkali-silicate binding binding on 30 % exceeds sand - pitch.The mechanism and influence of a swelling of a binding composition on residual durability and work of removal(distance) of cores for the first time is established. On this basis the developed theoretical basis improvement a shake of forms and cores: for it, it is necessary, that the mix with contact to hot metal got warm up to temperatures maximal swelling of a binding composition. The structures of mixes are optimized, and parameters sand to blow of process of formation(training) of the forms. The developed technological instruction on the mixes which have been carried out(spent) industrial tested and introduction of mixes for manufacture of torches warm of electrical stations.
