The surveys take place directly attached to temperatures of diffusion alloys satiation in gases environment, which contain a carbon, nitrogen, their mixture or rare gas helium. This gave a possibility to observe reactions development sequence on surface attached to penetration elements interaction with hard solution of stated alloying elements in iron. On change of interference picture judged about nature, sequence and phases formation speed, their chemical composition and concentration houndaries of homogeneity. Shown, that in dependence on electronic atoms bilding alloying to element essence changes nitrogen solubility and to carbon in metallic base. Especially brightly this displays in iron alloys with Ti and V. В nitrogen solubility in onces ten exceeds their contents in unalloyed iron. Set intercommunication between nature and concentration of alloying elements, ionization potential in centre octaedric of solvent grate cavities, nitrogen solubility and microhardness of diffusive surface layers. Shown also influence of carbonaceous and nitric potential of gaseous environment on forming carbon and nitrogen phases, which determine chemical composition of austenite and his conduct in act of heat treatment with formation of martensite and residual austenite. For the first time obtained the new straight experimental data about forming X-ray asterism attached to satiation of alloys by nitrogen and formation of texture in nitride phases.
