By the purpose of research is of monitoring and scientific maintenance of opening-up of industrial firms to the introduction of Ukraine in WTO and federating in EU pursuant to branch and national Programs. During researches were decided a problem of scientific maintenance, granting of the methodical and practical help to structural subsections and firms of State committee of industrial policy in opening-up of firms for the working conditions on principles GATT / WTO and rules of EU, participation in mining and implementation of measures of three programs - branch conc erning WTO and EU and national - concerning EU. As a result of the conducted researches: The proposals to last edition of the national Program of federating of Ukraine in European Union are designed, which one is approved by the Decree of the President of Ukraine from 14.09.2000 № 1072/2000; Are prepared and 4 accumulator cells " of Monitoring of fulfillment of the Program of opening-up of industrial firms to activity in conditions of membership of Ukraine in a system GATT / WTO on 1999-2005 " (Extensions (issues) 5, 6, 7, 8) are exhausted. Are prepared and 4 accumulator cells " of Monitoring of fulfillment of the Program of federating of Ukraine in European Union in an industry " (extensions(issues) 5, 6, 7, 8) are exhausted. The prepared projects for consideration of problematic problems in an industry in negotiating process of entities of Ukraine with the conforming entities WTO and EU. The conducted activity will render assistance problem solving on opening-up of industrial firms for activity on principle s of a system GATT / WTO and rules of EU, increase of a level of protection of the national commodity producer in the internal and external markets.
