The indicated purpose is reached by analysis of problems of protection of a scientific potential of State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine and definition of directions of formation of industrial property of exclusive right i n the field of engineering of foreign corporations in Ukraine, its analysis, generalization of problems on creation and usage of objects of intellectual property, protection such at an intrusion in economic circulation on firms, familiarization with problems of this direction and definition of pathes (routes) of their solution. As a result of fulfillment of activity by agreement: Conducted seminar on the subject of " Legal and economical aspects of usage and protection of the rights on objects of intellectual property ". 250 copies of the theses of the reports on 102 pages are prepared for the participants of a seminar. The conducted activity is directed on increase of a level of knowledge concerning intellectual property of the leading specialists of State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine both organizations and firms of area and as the outcome renders assistance increase of a level of protection of their technological production. The outcomes of a research work can be utilized in activity of control s of State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine and on firms of Ukraine at organization of general(common) firms, definition of competitiveness of production of firms, definition of legal statuses of firms concerning objects of intellectual property.
