The indicated purpose is reached by definition and protection of a scientific potential of State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine and definition of directions of formation of industrial property of exclusive right in the field of engineering of foreign corporations in Ukraine, its analysis, granting of methodic al consultings on creation both usage of intellectual property and analysis of the tendencies of development of protection and intrusion in economic circulation of objects of intellectual property. As a result of fulfillment of activity by agreement: definite reference directions formation of industrial property of exclusive right in Ukraine of foreign corporations in engineering; the definite tendencies of development of protection and usage of intellectual property; the given methodical help on creation, usage concerning objects of intellectual property; designed and introduced to consideration of the proposal to legislative and subordinate legislation of Ukraine; · is designed and the Rule(situation, position) of State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine on usage of intellectual property built during fulfillment of the state programs is submitted(shown) to the statement (confirmation); the expertises of the default claims of the rights concerning objects of intellectual property by firms of State c ommittee of industrial policy of Ukraine and license agreements are conducted. The conducted activity resolves to define (determine): a level of protection of technological production of State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine, foreign corporations - potential investors in engineering of Ukraine, intention of foreign corporations concerning an intrusion in the market of Ukraine. The outcomes of a research work can be utilized in activity of controls of State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine and on firms of Ukraine at organization of general(common) firms, definition of competitiveness of production of firms, definition of legal statuses of firms concerning objects of intellectual property.
