Methods of analysis - virological, immunological, serological. Forty one PEV strains were isolated, 16 of them were classified as PEV of the 1st serotype, 1 - as PEV-6, 4 ones were being not belong to any known serotype, 20 PEV strains called as polyantigenic had transtypic serological reactions. The intertypic virus interacts are stipulated by common antigenic determinants as it was established. PEV recomdinant strains with polyantigenic properties and various phenotypical markers were obtained in vitro.The museum of PEV strains was created which consists of 87 samples. It was added by typic PEV strains of 2 new serotypes. Three gene types of museum PEV strains were determined by PCR using the genome concervative region 3D such as "English", "Russian" an "Ukrainian". Resul ts were employed for a creation of porcine enterovirus diseases diagnostic set and are perspective for a specific prophylaxy. The field of use - veterinary medicine.
