Created for calculation strength and rigidity performances of mechanical constructions mathematical and the software is founded on the developed method of nodal condensation, which allows operatively to make modifications to a researched space construction, in a sequence of calculation, and also immediately to inspect the process of evaluations. The developed application package STIFFNESS is the highly effective tool of the engineer - designer developing elastic systems. For development of a package STIFFNESS the programming languages Borland C ++ and Turbo-Pascal are used. The criterions of quality are investigated and is developed mathematical and software for a solution of the task of optimum projection elastic suspension of inertial transmitters: Dynamically tuned gyroscopes, pendulum accelerometers, micromechanical transmitters. Conducted with the help of developed mathemati cal and the softwares the calculation of a dynamically customized gyroscope has shown the full correspondence of experimental and calculated data.
