It is established, that intensification of negative influence of natural and, especially, anthropogenic factors over the ecosystem is being compensated with action of internal mechanisms of functioning of the biota: physiological-biochemical adaptation of hydrobionts to unfavourable conditions, increase of the level of reproduction in consequence of the death of part of population, migrations of organisms. It is proved, that evolution of the communities of hydrobionts is proceeding after the type of cyclic ecological succession, which determines the functioning of ecosystem in the impulse-stabilized regime and provides the biodiversity of its main components and stability to effect of ecological factors. The results of investigation can be used for elaboration of measures of the nature protection on the Dnieper's Reservoirs and their coordination with rational employment of biological and water resources and preservation of biodiversity.
