Software and data base development are provided by tools of programming system Borland Delphi. During the research the following have been created: a regional data base on marine hydrometeorology and chemistry, a cartographic background, methods of data visualisation for observations of shore stations and marine expeditions in space and time. Effectiveness of the product consists in possibility to work on non-powerful computer equipment like PC 486. Possible end-users are: marine hydrometeorology, hydrotechnical construction, marine mining, navigation safety, marine fishery, recreation, ecological control.
