The most genetical complementarity combinations "cultivous-strain" were for soybean (Arcadia odeska - X-9, Charmer of steppe - M-8, Vitaz 50 - X-9) and for medic (Yaroslavna - 404b, Hope - AN-54, Intensive - 404b, 425a, CXM3).The high effective Bradyrhizobium strains M-8, X-9 and Rhizobium meliloty strain 404b has been used for making experiment bathes of biopreparations and for creation of its production regulation. Among modern plant growth regulators has been revealed the most effective preparation as biohumus, flavobacterin, DH 67, DH 82, which compotible with pre-sowing seed treatment by rhizobia preparations and enhanced the soybean and pea productivity mainly by symbiotic nitrogen fixation activation.
