The researches were carried out with by use PC, incorporatedin a local network, newest system software. During performance of work were: the forms of the entering and leaving documents, algorithms of the analysis of the information are specified structure and form of submission of the information in the express train - report, technology of the tax and processing of the information; software of processing and registration of parameters; The individual monitoring of a condition of parameters of debts of the enterprises was carried out: on payments in the budget on six kinds of the taxes (including the tax to added cost, resource payments); on unbudget to payments, on payments in Pension fund, on a payment. By basic scientific and technical production, which is created and is transferred under the contract with State committee of industrial politics of Ukraine are Collections of the information analytical reports. In the information analytical reports the results of researches on the data of monitoring of monthly parameters, where the data are incorporated on industrial to complexes, branches, managements and departments of Committee are given. So, in the reports for September 2000 year 300 enterprises for debts of payments in the budget are given rating of debts of payments in the budget on industrial complexes, branches, rating of debts of payments in the budget which makes 93,4 % from total of debts; the data and dynamics of repayment of debts before the budget, Pension fund and on a payment etc. The collections were used by the chiefs of different ranks for acceptance of the administrative decisions.
